Terms of Service

1. Overview
This website is operated by Esontop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Esontop. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Custom Products & Artistic Disclaimer
Please acknowledge that our products are custom-made handcrafted items.

  • Likeness: While we strive for a high degree of resemblance, 3D figurines are artistic caricatures/representations and may not be a 100% biometric replica of the subject in the photo.

  • Handmade Nature: Slight variations in color, texture, and shape are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

  • Approval: Once you have approved the digital preview or clay model (if applicable), you accept the design as is. No changes can be made after approval.

3. User-Submitted Photos & Copyright
You retain all rights to any images or photographs you upload to our website for the purpose of customization. However, by uploading an image, you warrant and represent that:

  • You own the copyright to the image or have obtained explicit permission from the copyright owner to use it.

  • The image does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any third party (e.g., celebrities, trademarked characters).

  • Esontop reserves the right to refuse to create any order that we believe may violate copyright laws or contains offensive/illegal content. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from the photos you provide.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Pricing and Service Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

6. Third-Party Links
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.
